Claudine LaRochelle, RYT-500: Claudine started her personal yoga journey almost 15 years ago while suffering from shoulder and hip pains. After a few months, Claudine realized that not only her physical pain was subsiding, but her stress level at work had decreased. She felt focused, present, and able to manage better what was coming her way.
In 2010, Claudine left the corporate world with the ambition of starting a wellness practice that would help people tackle their health holistically. Claudine trained to use yoga therapeutically, and now in addition to using yoga to heal and improve the body, she also incorporates the use of botanically-based products to free help you look and feel younger, rid the body of toxins, and make healthier food choices.
